Subscriptions and wallet recharges are non-refundable. Once you purchase a subscription plan or add funds to your wallet, these transactions are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Clients must allow the completion of services before requesting a refund. Refunds cannot be processed for services in progress.
